Entertainment Educates [English Version]

Explains how the the Johns Hopkins University Center for Communication Programs Population Communication Services Project has successfully used entertainment to educate people about family planning in projects around the world. The video opens with clips from a music video produced in Nigeria to promote sexual responsibility among young adults. It also includes clips from similar projects in Latin America and in the Philippines. Also includes graphs of survey results which indicate that when people are entertained, they do listen to the message being promoted. Also included are clips from an advertising campaign in Brazil to promote vasectomy and a campaign in Turkey to promote smaller family size.
