These programs available free of charge through the <extref href="http://dlcenter.larc.nasa.gov/about.html">Center for Distance Learning</extref> and <extref href="http://www.ibiblio.org">ibiblio</extref>. Each video segment is available in MPEG-1, MPEG-2, MPEG-4, QuickTime, and RealMedia formats.</abstract>

<abstract label="Abstract" encodinganalog="545"><extref href="http://dlcenter.larc.nasa.gov/about.html">NASA's Center for Distance Learning</extref>, at NASA Langley Research Center in Hampton, Virginia, provides educators with free multimedia instructional programs in order to enhance school curriculums. The Center for Distance Learning uses information from NASA research in aeronautics, atmospheric sciences, and space transportation to develop activities and programs that increase the awareness of math, science, and technology as it relates to the real world. The ultimate goal is to stimulate interest in the science and math fields.</abstract>
